Can't come the night you're scheduled? No problem! FREE and EASY ticket exchange privileges through the Broadway Theatre Center Box Office (NOTE: Saturday Night Special and Preview Night subscribers will be subject to a small upgrade fee to exchange into a different performance.)

2020-2021 Ticket Policies
Milwaukee Chamber Theatre is committed to creating a safe environment for theatergoers, artists, and staff in accordance with government guidelines and statues in effect at the time of a performance.
In the event safety guidelines cannot be met, a performance needs to be canceled, and an alternative version of that performance (streaming, recorded, etc.), cannot be provided, patrons may exchange tickets into another performance of the same production.
Should no open seats in that production remain, patrons may exchange tickets for a like number of vouchers to an upcoming production in the current season.
Should no open seats in productions in the current season remain, patrons may exchange tickets for a like number of vouchers for the upcoming season. In the event of exchanges, all applicable fees or upgrade charges will be waived.
In the event that a performance is canceled and no other alternative performance can be provided, patrons can either donate tickets back to the theater as a tax-deductible gift or request a refund which will be provided in accordance with Wisconsin state law.
