MCT's 2010-2011 Season

Milwaukee, WI … Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT) announces its
36th anniversary season. 2010-2011 will explore "the games people
play" with five exciting productions.
The season kicks off in August with a comedy based on the
celebrated stories of P.G. Wodehouse, JEEVES INTERVENES, by
Margaret Raether, August 12 - 29, 2010. This fall we present a new
musical set in 1880s Wisconsin and based on the short stories of
Hamlin Garland, MAIN-TRAVELLED ROADS, by Dave Hudson and Paul
Libman, October 14 - 31, 2010. For the holidays we continue our
Pulitzer Prize-winner series with THE SUBJECT WAS ROSES,
by Frank Gilroy, November 18 - December 12, 2010. We will begin
the new year with a modern-day suspense story, MAURITIUS, by
Theresa Rebeck, February 17 - March 13, 2011. MCT will close its
36th season with a humorous look at merry old England and the games
of
deception and betrayal orchestrated by Henry II and Eleanor of
Aquitaine in THE LION IN WINTER, by James Goldman, April 14 - May
1, 2011. THE LION IN WINTER will be a collaboration with Marquette
University featuring three student actors and faculty
designers.
All productions will be presented in the Broadway Theatre
Center, 158 N. Broadway, in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. Season
